Return & Replacement Policy
At Corset Wholesale Ltd, every product is made and inspected with utmost care at our manufacturing unit in Gurgaon, India.
As a factory-direct wholesale platform, we do not accept returns for size or fit issues. Each item is produced to order, ensuring consistency and quality for every buyer.
1. No Returns for Sizing or Buyer’s Remorse
- All sales are final once processed.
- Returns or refunds are not accepted for size differences, incorrect selections, or change of mind.
- We strongly encourage customers to check measurements, fabric details, and specifications before placing an order.
2. Limited Warranty & Replacements
We provide a limited 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects or transit damage.
Covered under warranty:
- Stitching or hardware defects
- Damaged or incorrect items received
Not covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use or alteration after delivery
- Colour or fabric variations due to device display differences
Eligible items will be replaced only — refunds are not issued.
3. Reporting an Issue
To request a replacement:
- Email help@corsetwholesale.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, product code, and clear photos of the defect or damage.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement within the next available production cycle.
Unauthorised returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Custom, Labelled & Sale Items
- Custom label orders, private-label products, and sale/clearance stock are non-returnable.
- These items are produced exclusively for your brand and cannot be resold or restocked.
5. Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping in case of authorised replacements.
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault, replacement shipping will be covered by Corset Wholesale Ltd.
