Global Shipping Policy

At Corset Wholesale Ltd, we offer a factory-direct global delivery network, ensuring every order reaches you quickly, securely, and in full compliance with international trade laws.

We ship worldwide through trusted international courier partners including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Aramex. Online ordering is currently available only for selected destinations listed on our Shipping Page.

For destinations not covered by online checkout: please contact our support team before placing your order.

1. Shipping from India

All orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing unit in India. Every shipment is processed under the Courier Shipping Bill (CSB-V) category, ensuring compliance with Indian customs export laws.

Shipments include mandatory export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Country of Origin Certificate.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Ready Stock Orders: Dispatched within 5–7 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Made-to-Order or Custom Production: Dispatched within 3–5 weeks depending on volume and style.
  • Transit Time: Typically 5–10 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

You will receive a tracking link via email once your shipment is dispatched.

3. Duties, Taxes & Customs

For USA customers: tariffs and customs duties are handled through our authorised clearing agent for smoother, duty-paid delivery.

For other countries: shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Local import duties, VAT, or taxes are not included in product or shipping prices. The courier may contact you directly for payment before delivery.

Please ensure your contact number and email address are accurate at checkout to avoid delivery delays.

4. Door-to-Door Delivery

Shipments are delivered to your business or residential address wherever international courier services operate. Remote-area deliveries may take additional time or require an alternative pickup arrangement coordinated by the courier.

5. Restricted or Special Regions

Certain countries or regions may have import restrictions on textiles or garments. If you are unsure about your local rules, please verify with your local customs authority or contact our support team prior to placing your order.

6. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and courier details. You can monitor your shipment through the courier’s website in real time.
